Introduction:
Here you can see all the necessary steps to make basic modifications for XBOX CLASSIC hardware.
It includes the technical basic hardware interventions and in a later video (2/2) the replacement of the HDD and the installation and configuration of the software components like XBMC, NINJA and so on.
To give you a quicker access to the sub topics, everything is divided into chapters.

In order not to violate the Youtube policies and guidelines the direct modding process with a modchip is not included in this video serie. But you can find more information on my personal blog.
